Original packaging and accessories must be retained.

No man-made damage or obvious signs of use.

Valid order information must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Orders past the return deadline

4. Return Process

Please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and a description of the problem;

Customer Service will provide return instructions and address after confirmation;

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days;

6. Shipping Costs

For quality issues or incorrect items: We cover reasonable return shipping costs;

For returns due to personal reasons: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer;

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once the order enters the shipping process, successful cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
